As the year 2021 is going to be end in some days, we have been getting excited for the new upcoming year (2022).. in these year we faced lots of problems like Corona as well as hurdles also (CA exams), But finally these year going to be end. We are hoping that next year will comes with lots of happiness joys and sorrows opportunities and also lots of challenges also because "the thing that challenge us was the thing that would change us" That's why we have to face challenges. let's welcome the new upcoming year with a positive mindset with lots of hopes expectations and also with lots of wishes. Stay safe stay happy stay blessed and also stay focus on studies.

In the 21st century, technology is becoming an essential to our everyday life. Even kids these days as young as three to four years old knows how to use an IPad or an IPhone. So society has made use of the technology we have today for learning. It has moved on from the traditional classroom and whiteboard style to online learning with the supplementation of the mobile phone. The demand of learning is growing larger and larger because of the development of the economic. With the enlarging needs of learning, online learning appears to give not only students but also teachers a chance to perform better in learning. Online learning provides more free time and space to both two parties. What’s more, online learning may enhance the students’ comprehensive ability, especially in critical thinking which is a very essential capacity to success. Finally, online learning can build more confidence for students and will make it easier to get promoted in the following lives.

Unlearning and relearning refers to the process of ditching outdated skills and techniques and diversifying your skillset. You have to constantly learn, unlearn and relearn to reinvent yourself in the modern world.

Alvin Toffler is credited with saying: “The illiterate of the 21st century will not be those who cannot read and write, but those who cannot learn, unlearn, and relearn.” This is the case for every business undergoing some type of digital transformation.

Learn Unlearn and relearn is the most important and necessary part of students life specially for professionals who have to constantly keep learning... They have to learn Unlearn and relearn to survive in these highly advanced market technology... If they learn those things also which are not relevant for them and also they doesn't get any value addition in their life they are just wasting time else nothing.
